We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not live up to your expectations. Please return the item to us unused and in its original packaging for an immediate refund or exchange.
We are unable to refund or exchange personalised items that are made to order, unless faulty.
For reasons of hygiene, we can only refund or replace earrings if they have a manufacturing fault.
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us to arrange returns and refunds. They will be processed within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse.
If you have requested an exchange, a replacement order will arrive in approximately 7 days.
If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.
If you have requested a refund, please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.
